Daniel and LPM provide a great service

Daniel was great, from his first emailed response to my enquiry through to the day when he and his colleague attended my premises to carry out routing servicing work on FCUs and my MVHR unit. They were very professional, charged a fair price and took great care to protect floors and other surfaces where they were working. They are clearly accustomed to working on high-value properties.

Dan and his team are super professional, responsive and helpful. Dan was very thoughtful and explained every step of the maintenance works which was super helpful as someone who has little experience with home maintenance. Dan provided quick efficient professional service, very engaging with detailed explanation of the problem solved.

Vent-Axia ventilation successfully repaired

Byron did an excellent job repairing the Vent-Axia ventilation system in my apartment. As it was an old unit, he had to change the motors and circuit board. He also thoroughly cleaned the heat exchanger and the ventilation grilles in the ceiling of each room of my apartment. He explained the process as he went along and gave detailed answers to my questions.

I would be happy to use Byron and Luxury Property Maintenance again in the future.

Marcus came by in short notice

Marcus came by in short notice, and managed to diagnose and repair the issue speedy and professionally. Also really effective customer service communicating with Daniel to have job done smoothly. Well recommended!

My LPM manager Daniel and the engineer Marcus were very helpful and efficient. When I had a HIU problem the other day, they came to check quickly, booked the valve within a short period of time, and solved the problem on the following day.

Dan, Marcus and Byron were great - all very friendly and professional. They came and repaired and serviced both our underfloor heating and fan coil units in our new flat. They were flexible about fitting us in and the work was done to a very high standard. We highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Having a contractor i can trust to not overcharge is quite rare, especially in cities like London.

Their engineers dealt with multiple issues in my property such as leaks, heating and air filtration system and they were always able to complete the works in short timelines.

When i had to reschedule one of their visits, the director Dan was so polite and understanding, i am very very grateful!!!

Great Personable Service

We have used Dan for all our flat cooling and heating servicing. Always timely, responsive and super helpful.

Brilliant service!

Alex came to fix our issue with the air cooling system and since the very beginning he was an absolute delight. He was so sweet and understanding of my dog not leaving him alone, and managed to get the work done. He was very thorough in investigating the problem and managed to fix and follow up.
